One Week:  (8 days, 7 nights): 2-pax: $8500, 4-pax: $9950.

                       (7 days, 6 Nights): 2-pax: $7285, 4-pax: $8528.

Overnight charters include all meals, and please add appropriate Sales Tax for departure point:
Ship's bar will be provided at cost.

Stuart, FL - add 6.5% tax
Mami, FL - add 7%
Key West - add 7.5%
Bahamas - add 4% Bahamian Port Authority Tax 

Shorter and longer trips, customized trips  are also available.

TERMS

Payment

Payment-In-Full must be made prior to all charters. A 50% Deposit is required to reserve all bookings with Balance Due 60 days prior to your arrival.

Cancellation

If notice of cancellation is received more than 60 days prior to your arrival, all monies paid will be returned if we are able to re-book the cancelled days. If cancellation is received within 60 days of arrival, 50% of monies paid will be returned if we are able to re-book your canceled days.

Re-Booking

If rebooking is made by you at the time of a canceled charter, 50% of monies paid will be applied to the new date.

Unforseen Events

In case of mechanical or other vessel-related problems causing the charter to be canceled or discontinued, a full or prorated refund will be given.

Weather

A weather related cancellation will only be made if the safety of the guests or the vessel warrants it. This decision will be made solely be the captain. Plan to come "Rain or Shine."

Damage

The cost of any damage to the vessel or its contents caused by the actions of a charterer will be paid for by that individual.

Liquor

The Ship's Bar is open on all overnight charters. Please notify the crew what you'd like to drink. We will purchase your requests and ask for reimbursement at time of boarding.
